The The Danai is a Family-run luxurious Hideaway perched on the bluffs of the Aegean and Member of the “The Leading Hotels of the World”.

Located in Sithonia, Halkidiki, the Resort occupies one of the finest sandy beaches in Greece and resides within thriving Mediterranean gardens: A majestic gate opens to verdant pine trees colonnading the 40.000 SQM aerial of blooming nature and to a pristine 315m private Beach equipped with private Beach Cabanas.
Natural sunlight floods the 58 Suites and Villas, each individually designed by the Founder and regularly refurbished during the Winter Recess, or glitters from the Private Pools, the Main Pool and SPA- Indoor Pool.

Our Guests are free to indulge in our open-air Restaurants: “The Squirrel” Gourmet Cuisine, “Andromeda” Fine Dining and “Anithos” Modern Greek which are best paired with fine drops from our Mountain cellar which is the Home to the biggest Wine Collection in Greece.

For those able to part from our serviced Beach and Philosophy Bar should embark to hidden Bays, UNESCO World Heritage “Mount Athos” or nearby Islands on Board of our private Yacht “The Bird”.

We are a romantic Hideaway but also a Kids- friendly environment with an on-site Kids Club with Playground and spacious Family- Suites. Pets, who we also consider part of the Family, are welcome. At Danai we feature a weekly changing program boasting smooth Jazz nights, culinary events or other Highlights within the Resort.

Superior Suite. This room features a spacious terrace with outdoor seating area. Combined or separated large Bedroom, Dining and Living areas. Location with Sea View or Garden View. Two-Bedroom Suite. This suite offers two bed- and bathrooms, one featuring an open plan Livingroom area and a second separated Bedroom with its own Bathroom en-Suite. Comfortably accommodates a maximum of Four. Location with Sea View or Garden View. ;
Danai Villa. This hillside two-bedroom and two-bathroom villa features a private terrace and a heated, deep-water infinity pool that afford breathtaking Mediterranean vistas. This category is suited to accommodate an Extra Bed. ;
Executive Pool Suite with direct Sea View. Separate Bedroom and Livingroom areas, working marble fireplaces and a private outdoor heated Infinity Pool with deck chairs. Resides on a cliff-top location allowing open views to nothing but the golden Beach, the Aegean and the rose-gold sun rising beyond. This category is suited to accommodate an Extra Bed. ;
